This is support from the people who make Relationship Decoder. Something not working, a question about your subscription or your data, or something you'd like to tell us? Write to support@relationship-decoder.example. We answer within three working days.

What to include

• What you were doing and what happened.
• The version line from the end of the app's Settings, for example "1.0 (262)".
• Please do not send what you wrote in the app. We do not need it to find a fault, and we do not keep it.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are bought and managed through your Apple Account: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you bought a subscription and the app does not know it, open the paywall and choose "Restore purchases". Removing the app or the journal does not stop the billing.

Your data

See the privacy policy. Your journal lives on your iPhone only; deleting the app or using Settings → Delete everything removes it. To have what we hold deleted (an installation identifier and its counts, never your words), write to support@relationship-decoder.example with the installation ID shown here.
